Healthy Breakfast- Baked Oatmeal


This is a very delicious breakfast and keeps you good and full for a long time so you are tempted to snack throughout the day.  It is a good foundation to start your day.

1/4 cup old fashioned oatmeal
1/2 cup water
1 egg white

Additions:

Chopped walnuts or pecans
Diced apple or dried cranberries
Chopped dates
Cinnamon
Drizzle of honey

Stir together with a fork and pour into ramekin.  Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.  Enjoy with a little milk or almond milk lightly poured over the top.
