It was such a surreal experience to have prom and rub shoulders with the other parents, some of whom we've known since kindergarten, through elementary, junior high, and high school.  I am grateful for these "kids" that she has known through the years and experienced her childhood and adolescence with.  She had a blast at prom with these kids and danced the night away.  Her senior prom was a very good experience.
