We've been coming here since the girls were little. I remember standing at the conveyor belt of apples getting sorted with my oldest child when she was just 2 years old and we only had one child at the time. How did we get here? How is it I was standing at the apple sorter with just one child again- only she is a teenager and the oldest one is away at school? There are times it doesn't seem possible.
In spite of the surreal feeling that was, the day was glorious. We still enjoyed the tractor ride and the view and the apples and pumpins and autumn in Minnesota. We drank fresh apple cider and tasted apple treats from their little store.
We also enjoyed an impromptu visit to White Bear Lake for a little exploring.
